One of these being that I had been in and out of hospital with abdominal pain for nearly a year and after many tests nothing could be found. Firstly, just by looking at the dog's stance Kelsi noticed a spine problem, so did some work using her hands to loosen up the spine. A visit to the vet confirmed damage to her arthritic joints and a long road to recovery, and put the dog on some pain relief. "I came to see Kelsi as I had heard that Bowen Therapy would help me with a pinched nerve, which gave me a lot of pain, stiffness and numbness in my neck, arm and, hand. I had tried multiple different ways of treatment in the hopes to cure this and nothing had really helped until I had Bowen. I felt a significant amount of pain relief after the first session and i noticed all the numbness was gone, and following the second session all of the pain and stiffness had disappeared. "I had a shoulder and hip that ached when i was sleeping on either side of my body and gave me restless nights of sleep, as i would constantly wake up to turn over. I thought i'd give the wellness package a go and have noticed that I’m now sleeping solidly throughout the night without those niggling pains. I found the treatments to be relaxing and professional, and thought of it like giving the ol car a service or wheel alignment - everything runs a lot more smoothly, without so much wear and tear. As i say, I woke up at 20 past 6 this morning and thought to myself 'oh i slept right through'. The only other way would have been to have about 5 jugs of beer!
